SNOW APPLE
Introduced in Canada in 1730. It has a deep crimson skin with green stripes, and a pure white flesh. It is a hardy, heavy bearing variety, ideal for eating, cider and baking. The fruit is on the smaller size, but very sweet and juicy. Heavy bearer. Hardy in cold areas, as well as warmer climates. Not a good keeper.
